Open Access is a way to culture the ecology of ideas, to re-open the knowledge substrate where information can flow as freely as starlings, in a murmuration, with laws that are non-rival and non-excluding, where everyone is needed, even the weakest member, to bring more howl, howl, howl to a huge typewriter of the world.
